So there are no surprises.

Platform subscription: US$497 a month, paid directly to HighLevel. Billed in USD; your AUD cost depends on the exchange rate and any payment fees.

Usage: AI, phone calls, SMS and email are pay-as-you-go. You pay only for what you and your clients use.

Your own domain, phone number and payment processing fees.

After your first 10 included client setups: manage further delivery yourself, or arrange a separate paid fulfilment plan through HL Growth Partner. Plans are billed in USD. We confirm the current price, scope and client-account allowance before you commit.

An example, not a promise

At A$497 a month per client, two clients would generate A$994 in monthly revenue. Platform fees, exchange rates, usage, delivery and other business costs determine how much remains.

Ten clients at that price would generate A$4,970 in monthly revenue, before expenses. This is arithmetic to explain the business model, not a forecast or profit claim.

Is this a franchise?

No. You own the business, the brand, the clients and the revenue. There are no royalties and no sales commissions.

Do I need to pick a niche?

You do not need to arrive with a final choice. We help you choose a starting market and offer, then build the agency around your brand and the customers you want to serve.

Do I need tech skills?

No. You sell and look after the client relationship. Our team builds and tests the systems.

What do I charge my clients?

You set your own prices. Your services come with suggested pricing to start from.

How does usage billing work?

Your platform subscription covers the agreed platform access. AI, phone calls, SMS, email and some features can have additional usage charges. We explain the relevant charges for your setup. Long text messages can count as more than one SMS.

What happens when a client buys from me?

They pay on your checkout page. You get a notification straight away. They get an email to book their setup call. For your first 10 clients, our team joins that call with you, then builds and tests their system.

How do my clients pay me?

Through your own account. Subscriptions charge the client's card automatically each month. You can also send one-off or recurring invoices with automatic reminders.

Can prospects try the AI before they buy?

Yes. Your sales pages include a "test our AI" option, and you can demo your own AI receptionist live in a meeting.

How will I know when the AI takes a call?

We agree call notifications, summaries and recording settings during setup. What is captured and how you are notified depends on the configuration and applicable recording requirements.

Will callers know they're speaking with AI?

If they ask, the AI says so. We recommend being upfront.

What do I need before we start?

An ABN and a business name that match, a domain, a payment account, a Google Business Profile and a Facebook page. For an Australian business phone number you also need proof of business address.

Can I use my existing mobile number for the AI receptionist?

No. The AI needs a virtual business number inside your platform. We set this up with you.

What happens after my first 10 clients?

Your first 10 client setups are included within 12 months of joining. You acquire the clients. After the included setups, use your templates and manage delivery yourself, or arrange a separate paid fulfilment plan with our team. Pricing, maintenance and support responsibilities are confirmed in advance.

Do you guarantee clients or income?

No. We build the business and coach you. You do the selling. Results depend on your effort, your market and your offer.

What if I stop working with you?

The business is yours. You keep your brand, your clients, your account and everything we built.

Do you offer refunds?

No. We start building as soon as you join, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
